In Germany, Italy, America and many other places, has many devotees who get through his intercession admirable aid of God, especially as to get a job, house or other benefits more.
St. Bridget has in its revelations that the Lord told you that you wanted to get certain favors the request by St. Jude.
Judas is a Hebrew word meaning "praise be to God."
Tadeo means "courageous to proclaim their faith."
Simon means "God has heard my cry." A St. Simon and St. Jude are celebrating the feast on the same day, October 28, because according to ancient tradition the two were always together preaching the Word of God everywhere.
St. Jude Thaddeus was closely related to our Lord for his relationship with Saint Joachim and Anne, parents of the Blessed Virgin. Nephew of these two saints, is both a nephew of Mary and Joseph, he is the cousin of our Lord Jesus Christ.
St. Jude is the brother of St. James the Less. He had two brothers whom the Gospel calls "brothers" of Jesus. When our Lord returned from Judea to Nazareth, he began teaching in the synagogue. The people who heard him were astonished and said, "Whence has come so much wisdom and the power of working miracles? Is not the carpenter's son? Is not his mother called Mary and his brothers James, Joses, Simon and Judas? " (Mt 13.54).
The word "brothers" in Hebrew usually means a close relative. St. Jude's father was Cleophas. His mother's name was Mary, who was near relative of the Blessed Virgin. She also stood by the Cross when our Lord Jesus Christ died. "Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother, and sister of his mother, Mary, wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene" (Jn 19:25).
During his adolescence and youth, Judas was a companion of Jesus. When Jesus began his public life, Judas left all to follow. A San Judas Tadeo is called to distinguish him from Judas Iscariot who was the one who sold Jesus. On the night of the Last Supper Jesus asked: "Why do you reveal your secrets to us and not the world?". Jesus replied that this was because they loved Him and fulfill their mandates and who loves and obeys, are the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and make room in your soul (John 14, 22) .
As an Apostle, worked with great zeal for the conversion of the heathen. It was all over Mesopotamia missionary for ten years. He returned to Jerusalem for the Council of the Apostles. He then joined Simon in Libya, where the two Apostles preached the Gospel to the inhabitants of that country.
Tradition says that St. Jude and St. Simon suffered martyrdom in Suanis, city of Persia, where they worked as missionaries. A St. Jude killed him with a club. So he is represented with a truncheon on the head. Then cut off his head with an ax. Carried his body to Rome and its remains are now venerated in the Basilica of St. Peter.
St. Jude is known primarily as author of the letter of his name in the New Testament. Letter probably written before the fall of Jerusalem, for the years 62 to 65. In it, St. Jude denounces the heresies of those early days and warns Christians against the seduction of false doctrines. Talk of the trial that threatens to heretics for their bad life and condemns the worldly standards, lust and "interest who flatter the people." Encourages Christians to remain steadfast in the faith and announces that arise false teachers, who will make fun of religion, whom God, however, we have reserved the judgment.
The pride of evil opposes the humble loyalty of the Archangel Michael. Encourages Christians to build a spiritual house leading a life based on faith, love of God, hope and prayer. Encourages the practice of charity, urges Christians to be patient and virtuous lives become heretics.
St. Jude concludes his letter with a prayer of praise to God for the Incarnation, for by it Jesus Christ, the eternal Word of God, took upon himself our human nature to redeem us.

Devious Journal Entry
Why do we sleep in church,
but stay awake through a Harry Potter movie?
Why is it so hard to talk about God,
but so easy to talk about sex?
Why are we so bored when we look at a Christian magazine,
but find it easy to read Vibe?
Why is it so easy to ignore a Godly Myspace message,
and repost the nasty ones?
Why are churches getting smaller,
and bars and clubs growing?
Think about it. Are you going to repost this?
Are you going to ignore it because you think you'll get laughed at?
80% of you won't repost this.
Then Jesus said "If you deny me in front of your friends, I deny you in front of my father."
I would like to pray for a c
